Outlook toolbar disappeared?
I had a very irritating issue with Outlook where a toolbar from an addin disappeared. I could not find a satisfactory fix, except for one very extreme one which involved uninstalling and reinstalling Office. If you have a disappearing toolbar in Outlook then read on…
Eventually I found the answer, and this is as counter-intuitive as anything could be:
Click on Help | About Outlook. At the bottom of the About Outlook page there is a button labelled “Disabled Items”. Click on it and you’ll see a list of items that have been disabled. I unchecked my toolbar and voila! It came back after restarting Outlook.

Thank you. Can I just say that this is one of those jaw-dropping computer moments when I think, “Microsoft, you have got to be kidding me.”
